We have recently been filming more and more Indian weddings and by now we have really fallen in love with their colorful, rich culture. When Arun & Nishi initially met with us and wanted to do a same-day-edit video for their reception, we were very excited for this challenge. Then they pulled out a little bigger challenge out of their pockets… they wanted us to use the same-day-edit video to also introduce themselves as husband and wife and reveal their walk into the reception hall. That is when my brother Paul and I sat down with a notepad to brainstorm some creative ideas for this ‘reveal’.

We filmed the Indian music-video part of the video a couple weeks before the wedding and worked our butts off filming and editing this SDE video during the last day of this beautiful 5-day wedding. I believe the loud applause from the whole reception crowd at the end of the showing of this video means only one thing… Aperina Studios working together as a team created another beautiful masterpiece.

We also put together a Reaction-Cam Video in which we show reactions of the crowd and the beautiful couple while the film was being shown at the wedding. These awes, smiles, and applause always remind us of why we do what we love.
