A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to book Aperina Studios for your wedding day. Another 40% is due 1 week prior to your events, and the remaining balance in exchange for the final product.

We travel all over the world! In addition to filming weddings all over US from coast to coast, we have filmed in Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, and Punta Cana! So we will go wherever you’ll have us! We provide a custom package built specif­i­cally for your event so that you will know exactly what the expenses are.

When you invest in Aperina Studios for your wedding videography – you deserve the best! We have invested in cinema grade cameras and lenses that give your wedding a more cinematic and hollywood look. More specifically, we use Canon EOS R5 cameras and Canon L series lenses to capture your wedding in stunning 4K quality. We also use professional grade audio equipment, stabilizers, sliders, monopods and tripods. Lighting equipment is used as well to capture your event in the best possible light while keeping your wedding mood!

We need to be hon­est with you. We are a lit­tle bit self­ish regard­ing our motives for NOT mak­ing your wed­ding day a “pro­duc­tion” either. We sim­ply can not afford for you or your guests to notice us. So relax. Wed­ding films, if cho­sen cor­rectly, are the best invest­ment you can make in your wedding. We don’t set up shots, and we don’t have cam­eras in anyone’s face. We cer­tainly don’t con­duct cheesy table interviews. We try to capture the “gen­uine” moments you have felt watching our films in our portfolio.

Yes and No. For both creative and legal reasons, we have full control over the music selection for your film. Not only do we have a better perspective on the ‘flow’ of your wedding day, we also utilize properly licensed music. Additionally, all the beautiful films you have seen on our website, we have personally selected the music. The newlyweds absolutely love our music selection. However, feel free to send us a few tracks – they will inspire us to find the perfect track for your wedding.

Not by default. The morning preparations, first look, pre-wedding events, cake-cutting, and party dancing are filmed subjectively for creativity, not for entire coverage. The parts of the day that are filmed entirely are the ceremony, formal dances and any toasts. These, in their entirety, are included in the Documentary Edits (Documentary Edits are offered as an add-on to our base package). You may also add-on a documentary edit for each pre-wedding event for an additional cost. In contrary, you may want to add on “RAW footage” into your package. We’ll give you a hard drive full of ALL of the footage we captured on your wedding days. Unedited.

Think of documentary edits as a LIVE feed of your wedding ceremony and /or reception. So once the ceremony starts and the groom starts walking into the church/temple/venue, the edit starts there even though we have film prior to that. We finish the ceremony documentary edit when the ceremony is complete – when the officiant says “amen.” So if the ceremony was 1 hour in real life, the documentary edit of the ceremony will roughly be 1 hour. As for the reception. The documentary edit of the reception will start from the bride and groom entering the hall, continuing  with any toasts, speeches, formal dances or anything that we felt should be captured in it’s entirety. You don’t loose any footage that we have filmed throughout the wedding days (for example, before and after the ceremony/reception). That footage, including footage from the ceremony and reception, will be beautifully edited into the wedding feature film. So don’t worry, you will get to relive your full wedding when watching your wedding film.

Depending on the season and the amount of pre-wedding events booked for your wedding, cultural wedding films are generally delivered 4-6 months after your wedding.

Absolutely! Every film is delivered online on your custom Aperina Studios page (here is an example). If you have ordered any add-ons, they will also appear there as well. You can share your private link with your family, friends or strangers. Our website is designed to work with all mobile devices as well. Best of all, all your wedding videos online are in 4K and are downloadable to your computer. We actually recommend downloading all your videos we created for you onto your computer.
