California’s vineyards are world famous for their breathtaking yet simple beauty and this wedding at Nella Terra Vineyards in Sunol, California was exactly that. The endless, golden hills were the perfect canvas for a beautiful sunset, giving every shot contouring dimension. We have filmed a wedding at this vineyard once before and I always yearned to film there again because the scenery gives us so much natural beauty to work into our films. The elegant courtyard and gorgeous background really bring out the best of an outdoor wedding in California, especially in the summer. Angela and Chanh picked Nella Terra Cellars for its secluded beauty and to help highlight a simple, natural look for their wedding. The inspiration for this film came from the groom, Chanh. It was very sweet and enduring how he would get very anxious and nervous before each big moment. When Angela was about to walk down the aisle or when she was walking up for their First Look, Chanh would take a deep breath and almost remind himself to keep breathing. It was evident that even though they dated for six years, Angela still gave him the butterflies! It was quite adorable. So, in order to capture and translate their raw emotions, I decided to use the slow motion technique to film some of their shots and this worked out wonderfully when capturing the sunset shots, which turned out to be one of my favorite moments at this wedding. It couldn’t have been more perfect! The couple’s effortlessly displayed their enamoration for each other and it was very fun capturing that. Their sincere and genuine smiles told us just how much they adored each other and how excited they were to tie the knot with the love of their life. It was very evident that they are meant to be with one another to complete each other. Winter weddings have a special place in our hearts. There is something so magical about weddings in the holiday season, and this wedding reminded us why we love them so much! The mild weather, beautiful lighting, and calm atmosphere are all great reasons to get married in the winter. Madison & Immanuel wanted to go for a regal, elegant fairy tale wedding. Immanuel dressed the part in a dapper black tux, and Madison donned a stunning gown with gorgeous lace sleeves. And her crown is to die for! The glamours details, gold color scheme, and subtle Disney touches all perfectly tied in to their royal wedding....

“Open your eyes. It’s a beautiful life. It’s so beautiful.” The lyrics of the song express the wedding of Kelly & Owen perfectly. This wedding was beautiful at the Triple S Ranch (SSS Ranch). The bride, the venue, the gnarled walnut tree, the vows, the flowers - everything. I loved capturing every detail and I think we pulled it off well. I personally love Napa Valley and when we get a chance to film a wedding in the wine country, I get excited. Additionally, we LOVE working with couples that LOVE our work, especially when they express it to us. It secretly allows us to go into a higher gear when filming their wedding. Chris and Anna contacted us a few months before their wedding and told us that we were their first choice to book for wedding photography and wedding videography. We love couples that absolutely love our work and give us the 100% creative control over everything (well - just the Healdsburg wedding videography and wedding photography). We were able to capture their wedding freely and be inspired by the story that surrounded us through out the day. As we headed to Healdsburg, California in the morning to Madrona Manor, we loved the scenery and the rolling mountains of the valley. We arrived a bit early to start capturing some drone shots of the venue to build some nice opening shots for the film. The wedding itself was laid back and really fun. The decorations were amazing. Hearing the nephews speech at the reception, made every crack up. We built the film around their story. Enjoy the story of the day that Chris & Anna professed their love to each other....

Located in California's finest wine country, Napa Valley, Brix was a perfect location for Dan & Pamela's Wedding. The beautiful couple danced away in the sunset with gorgeous vineyards and gardens in the background. Me and my team loved filming the nature and spectacular views of the Mayacamas mountains. The heat was there to challenge us, but I love how we pulled off an amazing story of this couple. As a Napa Valley wedding videographer, I love to tell stories in these enchanted valleys....

From the moment we arrived, we sensed that we are in one of the world's most enchanting settings - Léal Vineyards at Willow Heights Mansion. Nestled in the western hills of Santa Clara County California, the wedding of Nick and Viktoria was beautiful and majestic. This was a Willow Heights Mansion Wedding and we were honored to be there capturing a story of a couple that met on a blind date and getting married on their anniversary of that date.Through out the wedding day, we had many pleasant interactions with the beautiful couple and their wedding guests. That allowed us to be part of the wedding and capture the Willow Heights Mansion atmosphere, the Leal Vineyards, the rolling hills, and of course the wedding itself in all of it's glory. As a wedding cinematographer, I loved filming/watching the bride enter the ceremony with the veil flowing in the wind and the groom smiling - this gave me some amazing shots. Their First Dance started slow, but quickly picked up pace to include the rest of the wedding party. Enjoy the wedding film of Nick and Viktoria....

We loved being part of a wedding that takes place in one of the worlds more romantic places - Sonoma County, more specifically, Vine Hill House. The wedding was beautiful and we loved telling Tom and Shelbi's wedding story. We take Sonoma County Wedding Videography to another level.We love filming. Period. Additionally, we like to bring tools to each wedding that are not necessarily part of the wedding cinematography package. We want to tell an amazing wedding story, and many times, it requires thinking outside the box - we have to be wedding film makers. Drone shots allow us to capture footage that is breath taking from the sky. Jib/Crane shots allow us to show the venue and other aspect of the wedding decoration in a way that is more cinematic and beautiful. Besides all the typical tools like tripods and glide-cam, we are able to create shots on another level that many other wedding videography companies will try to compete with. We love setting the bar high and I believe that this wedding video sets the bar pretty high. Capturing the wedding is not the end of the process. We love telling the story with out edits. It is as important to be a good wedding videographer as well as a really good editor. It doesn't matter what software you edit in (we use Final Cut Pro X - FCPX), but it matters how we put the story together. I believe that our editing is as strong and in tandem with our filming. That allows our end product, a cinematic wedding film, to be beautiful, emotional and heartfelt. A true priceless memory for the bride and groom. Enjoy this wedding short film....

I am happy to announce that on July 9, 2011, I married the most beautiful girl in the world, the girl of my dreams. Me and and Ilona fell in love couple years ago while going to the same church. Our relationship grew stronger and our story book became bigger and more interesting. We both wanted to tell/show our love story on our wedding day so our wedding guests would know more about us and our story together. To do that, we created our SDE (Same Day Edit). We are happy to present our SDE to you as well. While watching the SDE, look for the connections we created between our love story and the wedding day. Enjoy our story! While creating this video, Ilona and I thought of our true love story. Heading out to Folsom Lake two weeks before our wedding to film the first part of the video, we both admit, we were a little anxious. The night before, Ilona and I even practiced what we would say and even made a few note cards just in case our minds went blank. We wanted to talk about the time we met, our first date, the oh so romantic proposal, and a few other momentous details that led us up to the day we both say, “I do. On the wedding day, we had our camera crew film specific things to incorporate into the SDE. These small things made me and Ilona unique as a couple and we wanted that to be seen in the video. I looked through computer magazines and Ilona looked through wedding magazines to reveal our interests. The short clip of the bridesmaids cutting out letters in the magazines ties into the last shot, which says, “Vitaliy & Ilona, July 9th, 2011” with the letters that were cut out. We did this to add a crafty touch to the video because of Ilona’s love for scrap-booking. We also took moments from our relationship and made them real again on our wedding day. For example, you will notice that our relationship grew from the day...
