Our 2 Day Wedding Package provides you with 1 photographer for 10 hours on your wedding day and 6 hours on your reception day capturing all the essential elements of your wedding professionally and creatively. Choosing from the captured images, the photographer will present about 1,300 edited high resolution photos (800 from wedding day and 500 from reception) in a personalized online gallery where you can conveniently view, download and print your images. This starter package is perfect if you have split your wedding ceremony and reception into two days.

PRE-WEDDING EVENTSstarting from $900
Pre-wedding are a big part of your cultural wedding story. The colorful and classical photos from these events increase the amount of photos you will receive as part of your wedding package.
Coverage of each pre-wedding event starts from 2 hours of coverage with one photographer. Additional hours are $300/hr. Some larger pre-wedding events may require an assistant and/or an additional photographer. Traveling fees may apply for each event.
Sample pre-wedding event pricing
- a 2 hour pre-wedding event with 100 edited photos (like a Maiyan, Haldi or Henna etc) with 1 photographer: $900 + travel
- a 4 hour pre-wedding event with 300 edited photos (like a Sangeet or Jaggo) with 1 photographer: $1,400 + travel.
- a 6 hour pre-wedding event with 500 edited photos (like a longer Sangeet or Jaggo) with 1 photographer: $2,000 + travel.
- Combining multiple pre-wedding events into the same day will be a better value. Each additional hour after the first event is priced at $300 /hr with 1 photographer.
- Pre-wedding events on a weekend (other than your wedding weekend), incur an additional $500 flat weekend rate. It is more cost effective to have your pre-wedding events on the weekdays leading up to your wedding weekend.
- Larger pre-wedding events may require an additional photographer. Please be advised that it’s best to reach out to us to get an accurate proposal.
ENGAGEMENT SESSIONstarting from $1,200
An engagement session is a fun and creative 3 hour photo shoot done prior to your wedding. It allows you to become comfortable with me as your photographer and me to get to know you better as a couple. You will have 50 edited photos to use for invitations and/or to display at your wedding.
For an additional cost, these photos can be custom designed and/or printed as wedding invitations, wedding sign-in picture frame or any other idea you may have.
WEDDING ALBUMstarting from $1,000
A stunning leather flush mount album is the final masterpiece of your beautiful wedding. When browsing through the 30 pages of your individually designed 10” x 10” photo album, you and your friends can relive the story of your wedding day.
The wedding album can be upgraded to a larger size and/or include more pages (increasing the number of photos in the design).

Second Photographer $750
We recommend this for larger events. A second photographer allows us to capture more angles and more of the guests at the ceremony and reception. Starts at 3 hours of coverage.

How do we reserve our wedding date?
Send us an email with your wedding date(s), your information and the package options you are interested in. We will send you a proposal that you can accept and sign. A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to book Aperina Studios for your wedding day. Another 35% is due 1 week prior to your events, and the remaining balance in exchange for the final product.
How far do you travel? And will it cost us extra?
We travel all over the world! In addition to photographing weddings all over US from coast to coast, we have photographed in Russia, Ukraine and Europe ! So we will go wherever you’ll have us! We provide a custom package built specifically for your event so that you will know exactly what the expenses are.
What type of equipment do you use?
When you invest in Aperina Studios for your wedding – you deserve the best! We have invested in cameras and lenses that allow us to create professional, sharp and high quality images. More specifically, we use 2 Canon EOS 5D Mark IIIs and Canon L series lenses. We shoot in RAW format for the best possible quality. We also use off camera lighting equipment to capture your event in the best possible light and to create stunning dramatic photos during your photoshoots!
How many wedding photos will we get?
Depending on your wedding day, additional services added and other factors, we will take about 2,400 images on your wedding day. We will meticulously go through the photos and select only the best ones to give to you eliminating duplicate images, test shots, bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product. You will receive about 1,200 images.
How long does it take to receive my wedding photos?
We process your wedding pictures in the order according to the date of your event. Generally you should allow 10-14 weeks for digitally delivered products. Our albums take approximately 4-6 months to complete. These albums are custom-designed by us and hand crafted by the best album company in the nation.
Are we able to view our wedding photos online?
Absolutely! We will create an private online gallery for you which you can share with your family and friends. Your wedding gallery is designed to work with all mobile devices as well.

Yes. Our indian wedding cinematography team is amazing. What is even more amazing is that we work as a team. Instead of competing for a shot, we compliment each other, creating exceptional photographs and extraordinary films to make your story truly and unforgettably yours.
